Opulent Living is an immersive design exhibition where architecture, interior design, and lifestyle come together in real space. Presented by Indonesia Design Magazine in collaboration with Plaza Indonesia, the exhibition took place from 1–16 November at The Warehouse, Plaza Indonesia, offering a refined experience for homeowners and business owners seeking inspiration for beautiful, meaningful spaces.

Envisioned as a biennale, Opulent Living translates the editorial direction of Indonesia Design Magazine into a physical journey. Through curated installations and cross-industry collaborations, the exhibition connects designers, premium brands, and design-conscious audiences within one cohesive narrative.

The inaugural theme, Luxury Cruises, transforms the venue into a flowing design journey inspired by the elegance of ocean travel. Each space is designed to feel seamless, inviting visitors to move through layers of material, texture, and atmosphere.

A key highlight of Opulent Living is the collaboration with Singres, whose innovative tiles and mosaics play a central role in shaping the installations. Singres collaborates with Domisilium Studio, Cosmas Gozali, and Alex Bayu, demonstrating how material craftsmanship elevates architectural storytelling.

In Jetty by Alex Bayu, Singres presents 3D handmade mosaic tiles that can be customized in color, allowing designers to create highly personalized spaces. Inspired by the meeting of sea and light, the installation features Niso Midnight, Long Stripe Royal Blue, and Mini Square Gold, all made from porcelain and suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. The blue tones and gold accents create depth, movement, and a sense of refined luxury.

A Fleeting Haven by Domisilium Studio serves as a transitional space designed for gathering and conversation. The installation showcases custom 1x1 cm Singres porcelain tiles, handmade and installed chip by chip to form soft, wave-like patterns inspired by the ocean.

The journey concludes with The Penthouse Suite by Alex Bayu, where 3D handmade Singres mosaic tiles frame the bathtub backdrop, transforming a private space into an intimate, luxurious retreat.

Opulent Living shows how collaboration turns material into experience. Explore the possibilities, feel the craftsmanship, and let Singres inspire your next architectural or interior design project.
